Upgrade Instructions for Real Player G2.

If you are comfortable going to the
www.real.com site and downloading the new player without assistance, then click on the button.
If the Internet is still new to you, we want to provide a user-friendly environment to assist you with your installation of Real Player. Please follow the directions provided below.
Do you have enough Disk Space to install Real Player?
| To check available space on your hard drive, double-click on the "My Computer" icon. |  |
| Click on the View
menu option and click on Details. NOTE: The illustration shows 157 MB of Free Space.

How to Download the Real Player Application
| Type or click . Close the little pop-up window. Note: The player is free. DO NOT purchase the Real Player G2 application. |

| The right side of
the web site page has been enlarged so that you can see exactly where you need to click in
order to proceed with the download. Click on the "Download Now" link. |

| Download the basic
RealPlayer G2. Click the link for the basic RealPlayer G2.
NOTE: This page is updated regularly. Look for the free player. |

| Fill out the form to
download RealPlayer G2. When you have completely filled out the form, click the Download FREE RealPlayer button. |

| Choose the Minimal
3.1 MB selection. Click the Download FREE RealPlayer button. |

| Click on any location
to begin downloading the RealPlayer G2 application. NOTE: This illustration is for downloading the RealPlayer G2 Minimal Download for Windows NT 4.0. You may be downloading the RealPlayer for Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT or Macintosh OS version 8.1. NOTE: If you need an older version of RealPlayer, please scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the appropriate link. |

| Leave the default selection "Save the
program to disk". Click the OK button.
NOTE: It is not recommended to run this program from its current location. |

| Navigate to your Temp
directory. Double-click on the Temp directory to open the directory. Click the Save button. NOTE: The file may be saved anywhere on your hard drive. The most important thing to remember is write down the location of where you saved this file so that you can install it after you download it. |

| Click the Close
button once the download is completed. NOTE: After successfully downloading the RealPlayer G2 application, install the application onto your hard drive. Please make sure that you have enough drive space to install this application. The file size is approx. 3 mgs. |

How to Install RealPlayer G2
| Double-click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop. | |
| Double-click on the C:\
drive or the drive location of the RealPlayer G2 application.

| Navigate to the C:\Temp
directory. Double-click on the Temp directory. |

| Locate the
RealPlayer executable file. Double-click on this file to install the RealPlayer G2 application. |
 |
| Wait while the RealPlayer G2 installation wizard is being installed to guide you through the installation process. |  |
| At the Licensing Acceptance screen for RealPlayer G2, click the Accept button. |  |
| Type in your email
address. Leave the default destination directory unless you have a need to
move it to another drive. Click the Finish button. |

| Wait while the wizard copies the application to the destination directory. |  |
| Your email address should already in the
E-mail address field. Type in your Zip Code. Click the Next button. |
 |
| Click on the drop-down
button. Select the correct connection speed. Click the Next button. NOTE: The connection speed is the same speed as your modem speed. |

| Click the Finished button. |  |
| When the "Welcome to RealPlayer!"
message is displayed, the RealPlayer application has been successfully installed. You are ready to begin listening to audio files!!! |
